The color and cut are good, and the stylists listened to me and I agreed with their recommendations. However, for the price I paid, I expected a lot more. For example, a beverage offering would have been nice, and it did come, after I'd been in the salon for 1 1/2 hours. The floors are filthy and the ceilings and lights in the color area are covered in dust. I expect more at these prices.
