I had an emergency with my toilet on Tuesday night, just as the children were going to bed. We only have one bathroom, so our toilet is pretty important to us. I called Roto-Rooter and they told me someone would be out in two hours. And five minutes later, they called me to tell me a technician would be there in 20-30 minutes! Awesome! The technician was very helpful and I ended up with a brand new installed toilet (this is condensing a VERY long story short) in only a few hours. My technician worked very hard to fix my problem and get my family back with a working bathroom! He was very knowledgeable about products and made every effort to assist me. Very impressed and I would definitely call again (but hopefully not for a while!) Oh, and, even with all this going on, he never even woke the kids!
