We have had Gene Johnson Plumbing out twice, and both times they were very prompt. They did not keep us waiting for very long, and they did not charge us special rates to get out quickly.
They are very efficient and clean up after themselves. They are very neat. They had to do some major digging in our side yard the second time we used them, and they put it back together very nicely.
The quality seems very good. This last time their work was inspected by King County, and they passed with flying colors. If I have another plumbing issue, they are the only ones I will call.
