I have NEVER encountered such UNPROFESSIONALISM when shopping. I was more than happy to spend my money on a dress in their shop, however was DISGUSTED by the conversation I had with the so called ""manager."" Called once and she said the ""whole system"" was down. CALLED AGAIN and they would not commit to answering any questions over the phone. So if you are looking for a specific dress, they WILL NOT tell you if they have it or not...which is the weirdest thing I have ever heard. The BEST part of this horrible experience is the MANAGER ACCUSED ME OF ""SHOPPING AROUND"" over the phone and told me she could only answer questions in the store. DON'T DO IT, do not even waste your time. THE WORSTE experience I have ever had with a retail shop. REPORTING them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
