I contacted Wayne to fix the wood floors in our rental property. Wayne had to clean up a mess that a previous company had made and first removed several layers of stain. Before contacting Wayne, we thought we had to completely replace the floors. He was able to replace wood that was water damaged, you couldn't even tell where the repair was made and the floors looked brand new when he was done. He did a spectular job! He was incredibly accommodating, worked around our schedule so that we could show the property while he was working and was very competitively priced Not only would I contact him again, I have recommended him to our entire neighborhood listserv.
