I am a wedding planner. We called to make an appointment to try on dresses on a Saturday, but was told they do not accept appointments. So when we arrived, we were unkindly greeted at the door. The woman then bombarded us with questions - and when we told her the upcoming date in July she scoffed and told us they would not be able to order any dress by then but we could look if we wanted to. Then she handed us off to another woman, who handed us off to another. My bride could not even pick out the dresses she wanted because the room was so small and filled with employees. We then had to wait for a dressing room to open up. When one finally did, we were passed on to a third woman - who was very kind. She was a seamstress and helped us a lot, but the woman who greeted us left me, the bride, and the mother of the bride all bitter and hesitant to do any further business with them.
