I don't think the Beaumont-Biltmore deserve any harsh comments. Both Kathy and Beth were very helpful, pleasant people to work with. My husband and I had some issues that we alerted the management of and they did a great job of solving our problems in a timely manner and went out of their way to help us, even after business hours. We lived in this complex for almost 3 years and I recommend the apartments to anyone looking for a quiet place to live in a great part of Spokane. The apartments are a little older but are both clean and affordable.
