We signed a deal for a property and never got one. He then agreed to a refund (only 50% which was a scam in itself) but never honored it. this was jan 2010. A year later and still no refund. Not sure how anyone can call him honest. I am one of 40 others who has been defrauded. He lost one lawsuit already. More will probably be on the way. Anyone know how we can get the refund we are owed or even get in touch with him? He doesn't return our calls or emails.
