Koester has very poor communication and it starts at the top. They interrupt and want to "set you straight" and miss the meaning of what you try to communicate. Their administrator is rude, defensive, and absolutely does not listen and the rest of the staff act just like her example. The overall communication is very very poor as well and we can never find out what is going on. I believe that it all starts with the administrator's bad example.
