Advice for anyone looking at using Arlenes for Valentines:\r
DON'T BOTHER!\r
They recently delivered the wrong bouquet twice, and when i called to get it fixed, they simply said that it is within their right to substitute flowers. Therefore instead of the beautiful Rose & Carnation vase that my husband ordered, we got cheap daisys and lots of greenery.\r
Their lack of concern makes me sad, because they have taken all the joy out of flower giving and made it clear that their profit is the only thing they care about.
