i just moved from yonkers to the city. the flat rate price is why i chose dumbo instead of others. they guaranteed there would be no change in the price in case of any delays. i knew there will be problems with traffic jams and parking on the streets because of the snowstorms... so, eventually it took them long time to cross the bridge and find a parking spot as close as possible to my new address building. the delivery was delayed for about 4 hours. i know for sure i would have been charged for that a lot should i have used companies which charge by hour...
besides, great customer service, no hidden fees and great very careful workers... thank you dumbo!
