That was the worse experience I ever had!! From the moment we walked in - they did not honor their advertised prices - the place was nasty - and there was no effort to make my 10 year old daughter, her friend or myself feel comfortable. It was raining outside and I was not familiar with the neighborhood and didn't know of another salon or we would have left immediately. They pushed us to get treatments we didn't want, they rushed through our mani and pedi. After it was finished three women came up to me and confronted me about giving a bigger tip!!!! I would give this place ZERO STARS, and am certain that the owner is the only one writing in a four or five star review. An absolute waste of time and money and I'm mad at myself for not turning around and dealing with the cold wet weather outside that night!!!!!!!!! Follow the voice in your head and stay away from this TRAP!!!! They should change their website to read THE PIT!!!!!
