Tried multiple times to cancel appointment, called and emailed. No one answered the phones and when I FINALLY got through to someone, it was within the 24 hour period so was charged anyway for appointment that I couldn't make. No offer to reschedule, not flexible at all, very unprofessional. Will never go back.
