I was receiving a "Check Engine Light" on my 2001 Expedition and in the process of trying to figure out just exactly WHAT was causing this situation, I found that I had a large hole in my muffler. After asking some of my buddies at work if they had any muffler work done locally, one of them gave me Iarrapino's business card and said they had an otherwise expensive component installed for MUCH less money than other places advertise. I figured I'd give them a call that day. I was given a quick quote over the phone by a knowledgeable service person, and made an appointment for the next day. For $85, I had a new muffler, but what impressed me was that when I mentioned the check engine light, one of the technicians went out of their way to come out to my car, plug in the code reader, and tell me what the code meant exactly. And there was no charge for this! He politely offered to make me another appointment to have the necessary service completed, and was not pushy when I declined (my friend has the same vehicle and had done this particular fix on his recently). I have recommended Iarrapino's to my family and friends and was overall more than pleased with my experience! The truck is running (And sounding) great!
