I had not slept much for over 3 months due to burning pains in feet, calf/thigh cramps, and sciatic nerve problems (hip cinches). After seeing podiatrist, started PT with HOPT 2-3 times per week. They have been wonderful. Not only does the massage and electrical stimulus work wonders, they make sure that I am comfortable with the procedures, answer any questions I have about pain, process, or future outcome. Also, started strengthening and flexibility routines. Kathy and Siphonia (sp?) have been so kind and patient - at both locations. Not only do they help tremendously, they make sure I'm not being an overachiever (do too much, too fast). I am on good way to recovery, can go up/down stairs even with heavy loads and feet/hips are rarely sore or stiff. Such a difference. Their facilities are well staffed and have a very calming effect when there. I would definately refer them to anyone for the smallest to most debilitating pains. I have seen them work with all ranges and each staff have knowledge and compassion. Keep up the great work.
