I can't really complain about the medical care however I would never want to go to an office who treats patients so mean. I had a similar experience. Like Mystic32... I forgot about an appt & I got a nasty letter saying I obviously do not care about my health so I was not welcome there anymore. My husband still goes there , and we noticed that our insurance company always seemed to be billed for more moles removed than actually were removed. My husband didnt care because he thinks all doctors do that but I called to question them and the woman yelled at me and said I was accusing them of fraud and would not talk to me. When I called back she hung up on me. I don't know why she didn't just explain the insurance payments if they were accurate. I am not accusing anyone of fraud here in this comment... but I would have liked an explaination of the billing. They are weirdos.
