If you are looking to buy a car in the near or distant future, do yourselves a huge favor and do not even consider going to Mazda of Cool Springs. They are the most rude, full of crap, unwilling to help, scamming low lives I have ever almost done business with. I cant put into words how awful they were to me. If its a Mazda you are interested in, go to Nelson Mazda in Hickory Hollow and ask for Al. He got me out of a bogus deal with Cool Springs and into a great car for an even better price. They stayed late to make sure I was completely satisfied and saved me a whole lot of money on a newer and better car. John Lennon at Cool Springs Mazda is unprofessional, rude, and will go back on everything he says and will come up with extra fees that dont exist to make himself a dollar. AWFUL. \r

I have never posted a review for anything in my life. Thats how mistreated I was with this place. I have spoken to several people since who have had the same awful experience as I did with Cool Springs Mazda. Save yourself a headache.
