I broke my watch recently to the point where it can't be fixed and needed a replacement. I was in the neighborhood of Fuller's Jewelry and was just expecting to window shop. When I entered Fuller's, I was overwhelmed by appreciation from all of the employees. I explained what happened and that I was just window shopping for a new watch. The sales person showed me a vast collection of nice watches. After about 15 minutes of talking and looking over many watches, I decided that I was going to buy my watch right then and there. It was their professionalism and courtesy that really encouraged me to buy my watch instead of spending my time looking at other places. Thank You Ken for all your help. From now on Fuller's Jewelry is my place to buy all my watches.
