I was told that my special order would take 2-21/2 week for delivery. After paying cash for the item and waiting 3 1/2 weeks I was told it would take several months before my item would come in.
They have no idea what customer service is - they never called me to tell me that the order would not be delivered in 2-21/2 weeks, I had to keep calling them to get any information, they don't return telephone calls, they transfer your call and no one every answers, they could never give me a status of my order until I spoke with a manager.
They couldn't refund in cash, gave me a check and sent me to Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo wanted $7.50 to cash their check.
I will never try to purchase anything from them again. And please at least put some elevator music on when you put someone on hold or transfer the call - that beeping is very annoying.
