I paid for a cut and two color.. Asked for a lighter color, after 3hrs it came out the same as I came in with. They had to go it over again and since it was close to closing time they rushed it and it was horrible. I asked for a refund and the rude lady (and I use the term losely) told me that I cant get a refund as they did two color. I told them it was one color did twice. I gave up and told them they lost a customer and a few furture customer. Very unprofessional people.. NEVER AGAIN!
