pcf has the worst customer service i have encountered on the web. i will never order from pcf again. i asked kathleen from customer service for a call to explain a backorder situation 3 times via phone and email. that never happened. be careful about the ordering process online, they trick you into thinking something is available then tell you it will be available 2 weeks later, then email you that it will actually be 3 months later. never again.
