I had an appointment for a facial with Laura that I had been looking forward to for awhile. When I arrived I was greeted by another esthetician who said she would be doing my appointment. I was very put off by this. I requested Laura for a reason and was told once I was there that she was no longer there. And of course they wouldn't tell me where she was. I stayed for the facial because it was so uncomfortable I didn't know what else to do. It was not the best facial, or even a good facial. I wish they would have called me to tell me Laura left instead of blindsiding me with someone else. Also they were fairly rude to me when I was asking questions. Needless to say I will not be going back!
