I thought I posted my experience here only to find out I had not. So here goes. I spent over $300 on a whole Alaskan King Salmon a here a few years ago. It was supposedly cut and packed for 48 hours. I flew home the next day, opened the package and thought everything was fine. Then I cooked the salmon only to find out it was nasty and old fish.
Don't buy the whole fish unless you live in Seattle area.
