Like the person who left a comment to Bmoremama's post, I too am a frequent and loyal customer of Shenanigans. But a good friend of mine who previously frequented Shenanigan's told me of an experience she had a few weeks ago almost identical to that experienced by Bmoremama. I will probably continue shopping at Shenanigans because I value the owner/son's toy advice and like having a small local shop. I personally have not had a bad experience with this store. But I am torn because of the way he treated my friend. He humilated her in front of the entire store essentially calling her a bad parent (something which she certainly is not). I dont know how to rate the store because of what has happened to my friend. I would give it 5 stars for the service I received and 1 star for the service she received.
