Abbie my stylist was wonderful. She did a beautiful job on my hair. The young man at the desk was a little rude. He came right out out and asked about leaving a gratuity even though I handed a cash tip directly to Abbie. Then when I asked about the sample hand cream you were giving out he just rudely said we don't have any more. I pointed out that the email I received from aveda said they were being given out as a gift. Point is the people I give a tip to is between them and me. It costs alot of money at your salon.
