I went in to buy a 2012 Tacoma on October 26. The sales man was a little annoying, but he said he was going through the motions that they require of him. So, after the better part of 2 hours I started signing the paperwork. They then informed me that I could not take the car that day because it had not been inspected. No problem. I did all the financing and was told everything was great, I got approved for the amount of the truck and could come get it the next day. So, on 10/28 I went in and picked up my new truck. They called a few times to make sure I was happy. LOVED MY NEW TRUCK!!! On 11/10 I get a call that I did not sign something and needed to come back in. So, I go back to the dealership and they tell me my financing was not approved. UMMM... WHAT?!?! The manager told me to call my parents to co-sign, come up with a larger down payment (I put down $3K) or that I could pick out something at a lower price. HAHAHA... They argued with me for a good hour before I threw the keys on the managers desk and walked out with my old car... that now has a flat tire and the battery is dead... So, I take them back what they gave me in the same condition, and they give my old car back with a flat tire and dead battery??? I WILL NEVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING AGAIN... LIES LIES LIES...
