They were horrible and rude. So glad I didn't go with them and chose to go with Finley's. I was very pleased with the work they did. Travers decided to write a horrible letter ripping me up one side & down the other for not going with them. If that is how you treat your customers, I'm glad I didn't use your services. I'm very surprised they've been in business as long as they have. All the reviews I've read, not one good thing has been said. What a shame. If I could give them less than a star it would be more like a negative 5 stars. THEY ARE HORRIBLE, RUDE & VERY INCONSIDERATE
