These people have bad business tactics. Watch out for them. I was having an issue with my thermostat and found them on yahoo. They were very quick to set up an appointment for my rental. Went out to the house very quickly but repaired nothing, in fact they did not even call me while they were there. After the visit they called me to UP SELL me (believe it a Plumber that up sells you!!!) on their service contract for the ""low price of $199"". I can get 15% off all of my heating/plumbing needs. Plus an additional $200 for the repairs= $400. No thank you!! Their own tech quotes me $215 for the service contract and the replacement of the thermostat. BAIT AND SWITCH!! He pressured me to give my CC info over the phone, thank fully I did not. It took them an entire day to get back to me with my installation appointment and when I declined after hearing the price over the phone was so different they told me I have to pay a service charge of $69 which they never informed me about. These people are out to ROB YOU! There are a lot of heating and plumbing repair companies in Binghamton, do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. They will RIP YOU OFF!

I received my bill today and guess what the total was...NOT the $69 quoted to me by phone for a ""service charge"" but rather a $89 ""service charge...plus tax, totaling $96.12. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
