They do a good job. However, they charged me an extra $20.00 because they said it was 2 rooms although it was not larger than 300sq feet as per their web site. Also, they tried to up sale me several times although I did decline every time. Stanley Steemer use to offer 10% off for online scheduling but, the gentleman said they no longer will do that.
Although they do a good job I will search around on Angie's List for other carpet cleaners. Heck, I'll even pay more if they guarantee me no up sales so, I can get things done while my carpets are being cleaned.
