The maintenance men are great, the leasing staff, the fellow residents are friendly but the property manager, Tracy is rude, unhelpful and will lie to your face.
To make this quick, let me just say that you WILL be charged ""cleaning fees"" when you move out. If they can't get you for the carpet they will charge you for something else!
The best advice I can give is keep all receipts and other documents and take pictures of EVERYTHING...and I mean everything..down to the closets, cabinets and balcony because they will try and stick it to you anyway they can!
