Theron Jones does NOT have nearest idea of what customer service is. He recently did work in on my teeth and the repair he did was flawed. The repair he did only lasted two days. I contacted him to give him a chance to rectify the issue, his response to me was that I had to PAY AGAIN to fix the defective repair I received just days earlier. He is extremely arrogant and does not know how to talk to customers. His employees are ok, however, his personal service is poor. I do not recommend this practice.
