I had an hour for lunch for I decided to go and get some quick beauty work done at this salon. I walked in and asked for an Eyebrow Shape since they advertise it so boldly. I was greeted by a very nice lady and shown to a chair. I sit down and the ""stylist"" comes over - mumbling to herself. At first I think shes talking to me but its not English. After she begins work on me I realize shes on the phone! She stayed on the phone - cradling it with her shoulder - the ENTIRE time. She paid me barely any attention and I actually had to interrupt her conversation just to tell her what I wanted. Then I go to pay. I only have CC but I didn't worry about this because I saw no ""Cash Only"" signs anywhere. Then the owner comes in and says ""No"" they don't accept cards. I say ""Well I'm sorry but I don't have cash on me and you have no signs up that say you don't accept CC"" - he just stands there looking and finally goes fine then I will have to charge you more. He wants to charge me 20% more! I say that is ridiculous and that I know CC companies don't charge that much. He is extremely rude about it. Worst part - He makes a point of writing down my full name on a sheet of paper separate from the CC receipt! Super shady! Basically if you want to be treated as if you are at a top notch salon with ""too good for you"" stylists and a nasty atmosphere - But get results that are sub-par at best - then go here. Otherwise - stay away. more
