I had a slip and fall accident at a local parking lot - the lot was pure ice and when I fell, I broke my wrist, dislocated my shoulder, and broke my clavicle. Someone that saw me fall was quick to call 911 and since the shopping plaza I was in was owned by a local developer - once i got out of the hospital, I did contact them them, but didn't get my calls returned.
