After showing up for my appointment I was informed my insurance had been canceled because I was taking the quarter off. My only option was to get the service and spread it out over 3 months. $200 for a cleaning and exam that my insurance would pay for in 3 months when I was full time again. Instead of being able to reschedule it till then they charged me $75 for cancellation, WHILE I WAS STANDING AT THE FRONT DESK! If you like to be belittled and condescended by bitchy, mad-at-the-world receptionist/ hygenist this place is for you.
I will NOT be back, and NOT paying the stupid fee. I drove from Whidbey Island for this appointment and paid for childcare for the day to make it. Seriously, how greedy and mean can one delight in being?!
