Last Saturday morning the main drain from our home to the street backed up into our basement. I immediately called roto-rooter and they said they would send out a technician within two hours. After about 1 hour and 45 minutes later no one had arrived and I was about to call back when I received a call from roto rooter indicating that the technician was still at another job but would arrive within 30 minutes. I appreciated that call, and that type of service would not be provided by every plumbing service. Once Mike arrived he quickly determined where the problem was and presented the options available. Within in an hour the clog was cleared in the main drain and the awful smell in my basement began to disappear. Mike even offered to send another roto rooter employee out to my home during the upcoming week with a camera so I could see the condition inside the drain pipe. I was very pleased with the service provided by roto rooter and would call them again in the future..
