I use it for unbiased consensus reviews of businesses and find it shameful that people who have their own axe to grind or bias make it an avenue for their vendetta to hurt a business and / or the people it employs... shame on the husband-wife team of yum and blebeef... Happy 2011 and people ...my advice is go with the consensus on these review sites.
