We had a laundry room drain that backed up again. It had backed up on 8/25/10 and the Roto-Rooter plumbers came out to fix it. After he fixed it on 8/25 we thought it was fixed until 5 months later and the same thing happened. The first tech did not give us a warranty and therefore we paid over $200.00 the first time and over $200.00 again for the same problem. I think anything like this should have a 6 month guarantee. The plumber that came this last time to our Cincinnati house was Kenneth and he was very nice and did a good job, but was unable to tell us why the other tech was unable to solve the problem.
