We went to Kaos Pizzeria last night for a friends birthday. There were three of us dining and we each had a drink, two glasses of wine and a beer for a total of $19.00. Sort of pricey for serving them in plastic cups while you have to order them from the bar and wait because they do not have a wait staff to serve you. Not a problem! But what was a problem, was we each ordered a single 10"" pizza with different toppings. Two arrived in 10-15 minutes piping hot right out of the oven. We were told then that the third pizza was on its way so two of us waited for the third so we could all eat together. After 8-10 minutes I told my friends to start eating as theirs was getting cold. It was already cold by that point so after 15 minutes I went to ask what happened to the third pizza and walked throughout the restaurant three times and could not find any staff at all. I went back to our table and waited another five minutes when finally someone surfaced. When I asked what was up with the third pizza, they said that they forgot to make it! When she looked up our order, the one that you stand right in front of the register while they enter your order, never got ordered. How? Why? They never even gave a formal apology or even said that they would make it immediately, nothing! When I went to pay I asked if there might be any compensation on our meal due to the failure of completing our order, her response was no. Not even my $5.00 beer or an $8.00 glass of wine in a plastic cup, what the hell!
