I stay there on weekly basis for past 3 months and have never encountered an issue that I wouldn't at any mega resorts. Have you seen how fast they move their lines. And respond in timely manner. Its not a place for you if you think you are the only guest in 4400 rooms resort that needs service. Love the staff and economy class rooms. Be back next month.
