I moved here a few months ago, and today when my sink backed up I was completely dreading having to call a plumber, just expecting to get taken for a ride because they know I am in need. I called Drain and Air Rescue and their customer service team was wonderful and friendly and they sent out a service team. James and Tyler came out and they were friendly, knowledgeable and they were not trying to sell me anything. They explained what happened, they were thorough in examining the problem and they explained all of my options to me. I ended up liking them so much that I signed up for the yearly service plan!
