First and foremost I would like to say I’m so sorry to hear that you didn’t feel relaxed during your recent visit with us. I would also like to share with you that our reviews are certainly not made up. We have been in business since 1996 and have had a great many very happy customers. When our clients tell us that they found us online and that they loved their experience, we encourage them to share their stories in the same forums where they found us. I believe this is one reason we have so many glowing reviews. \r
