I was going to order an air purifier from them because their price was $10 less than the other. I called and asked for their address because I was not sure if this was a reliable online store. The lady who answered the phone was very impatient saying she does not know if the address was on the website or not and then hung up on me. I called them back right away...they transferred my call to an answering machine.
I am glad I called before ordering.
