Man this was the worst decision that I made--just go with long term parking at the airport to avoid the hassle at this place. We had a coupon for $6.67 a day, but with all the hidden fees we ended up paying way more. To make things worse, the woman behind the counter said "hey that's better than our normal 10% off deal that most people come in with..." in order to make us feel better about getting ripped off...
The guys stood back as I handled my own bags (I'm only 115 lbs and was obviously struggling) but didn't lift a finger--the worst! I don't usually fuss too much about service, but this was the most lazy and horrible service I have ever received!
