Called plumber in Cincinnati for sewer backup in basement and Roto-Rooter was there in less than one hour. They got the drain opened quickly, and found a more serious problem with a TV camera down the pipe that had to be taken care of later. Service technican was very knowledgable, experienced, and polite. They have always done a good job for us.
