My husband passed Mar 08, The 18,000.00+ for the Headstone paid in full June 08. Did not place name on bench, chalking between stones a melting mess, color not added, Stone on bottom wrong, Letters were whitened (did not ask for that). Started with one staff, move to a female staff to order, then, and passed to the General Manager Nathan. He promised to take care of the problems, never happened. After he did not call me, I called again. Had two phone calls from a new person, and then a person out of town that would get back with me when he returned. I still have not received a call from them. Customer service is not high with this company once they get your money. Did not get what I ordered, and was lied to from the start on services provided, and the period in which it would be done. \r
A place meant for comforting me, turned into a place of disappointment and negative energy.\r
Shame on East Lawn Palms for taking advantage of a widow.\r
