It was my first time buying and shopping for a bike and accesories.\r
They did not even really take notice of me in the accessories department. When I finally figured out which two helmets I wanted to do a price as well as quality comparison on, the guy at the counter seemed to not really care. He told me the helmet I wanted was out of stock and that was that. When I asked when they were expecting new stock if ever, he just shrugged his shoulders, turned around, and said he didn't know. I still did go on to their website and the helmet was available. After I ordered it I was expecting a call back from them to confirm my order. I never got it, so finally when I did call they told me the helmet would come in by Monday. In all fairness, if I had not read these other negative reviews, I might have considered going back. Now I am not so sure. . .
