I DID NOT SCHEDULE A FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT!!!This dentist had so many coding errors in billing and issued a very bad mouth guard piece - billed as a full mouth guard on and on- I even reported the issues to ODS! So I had no intention of going back - and had already seen another dentist. All that and they actually billed me for a missed appointment! I had no intention of going back - called them immediately and told them I had already seen another dentist and certainly made no future appt with Mika. They just kept billing - ""sent the next 2 bills back as incorrect billing- no appointment made""- -Now I am fed up= over a year later I am still getting a bill for an appointment I never made! This is disrespectful -they are wasting paper and postage. I have reported them to BBB, ODS, and now am writing reviews to let people know they unethical and unprofessional. Good luck if you ever quit going - they will send you a ""Bill"" reminder. E.
