All I can say is you should consider taking a look at a california court record for this attorney. His case dockets are filled with wasteful denied motions and genuinely questionable tactics. So many firms and so many former partenrs, a few who are now not even allowed to practice now. Have spoken personally to several attorneys in various cases Who have worked with him or been in a litogation against him. Putting aside their overall disgust in his behavior, the number one thing I heard was ""worry."". All seemed to express a genuine concern and/or confusion about his sense of stability - reporting his actions as inconsistent and irratic and even blatantly filled with false information. This is not a good attorney. Sounds rather dangerous to have on your side.
