I would NEVER do business with Nick and his crew again. They said treatment would cost one amount, ended up costing MUCH more. If you do deal with this group, get EVERYTHING in writing, and get copies of everything you sign at the time of service. I wonder why my insurance company (a large and respected nationwide company) won't do business with them...NOT!
