Most women can relate to this - you schedule an appointment at a salon a couple weeks in advance, get an email confirmation and a phone confirmation, then 1 hour before my appointment time, they call me (at 9am on a Saturday morning) to tell me that they ""won't be able to fit me in"" for my 10am appt...What?? No good explanation, just ""we are overloaded with the Pump event today""...ummmm? I've had this scheduled for a few weeks now...seriously?
If you have something important that you've scheduled a hair appointment for, MAKE SURE YOU DON'T SCHEDULE AT PUMP SALON. If you have a lot of time on your hands and are fine with last minute cancellations, then maybe Pump Salon is fine for you.
Just wanted to share so that hopefully I can save someone else from a bad experience...there are plenty of great salons in the area...don't choose this one if you can help it
